For a very good rate I got the nicest tastefully decorated and appointed cottage with huge comfy bed, air con, fan, lavish outdoor bath with a tub that nursed my cycle-sore legs!! Took a luscious bath outdoors in the middle of a downpour..This place was so inexpensive, the grounds and pool are beautifu, , breakfast included, close to town and grocery.

travel 13,000 miles and join a small group of 10 or so to cycle 22 km of rural Bali...thru rice paddies and back roads and who do I meet to bike the countryside with?? Meet Amanda and Matt from Charlotte. Cool huh.?? .he works for Hendrick Motorsports and they are taking a long awaited honeymoon during a rest of race season. Very cute couple !!!

... in life. For example, since I am a teacher and am on my feet all day I should do my meditation sitting down. If I were sitting at a desk all day I should do standing meditation.

I have not done much meditation here, as I am exhausted and don’t want to push my body, mind, and emotions too hard. But the Yoga has helped give me a sequence to follow to help aide my meditation. Well enough about meditation…I am off ...
