... On the way a family walking on the other side of the road called out "Heloo Mrs Tonkin-Case", It turned out to be one of her school students and family, What are the chances, Jo-Ann knew that they were in the UK and had even called them earlier in the trip but didn't know that they were in Cardiff at the same time. Today we got up and took the boy down to the pharmacy to get some infant gaviscon. Picked up Jeanie from Gwen's then, eventually set off for Clarks Outlet Village near Glastonbury. Zoe was very happy, Danny a little less so. Several hours later.....lots ...

... a pleasure - today it was amongst the hardest two - three miles that we have ever attempted. 20 fields with gates, stiles and bridges to hinder us, driving horizontal rain, with grass knee deep always keen to cling, making this the most exhaustive of tasks.

Thankfully we arrived at the road junction and were rewarded by the sight of the season first swallows.....

Tarmac has never been more eagerly accepted and as we walked the droves ...
