... it was her we soon joined to pick up some tips, and generally start from scratch, on all the finer and less fine points of indian cooking. We were soon tucking into potato curries, dhal, vegetable curry and our very own chapatti's?! Over supper conversation soon turned to motorcycles. We stopped at a lovely restaurant for lunch – and ordered our first curry. We've decided to stick to Vegetarian for now, but will probably end up on meat I'm sure. Ordered a lovely potato curry and officially the best Samosas I've ever tasted. If this is what the next few weeks has to offer, we're both very happy bunnies.

... little work had been done, the sand had however been completely filled in the foundation so we were able to forget about one thing. The home owner who has been persistently drunk for the last few days, was then carried by his children to a Tuk-Tuk and taken to hospital. I miss pasta! Someone mentioned something about pasta to me the other day, and I hadn't thought about other foods since I arrived, but now I think about it… curry 2 times a day really can get a bit dull. It is real curry though – like you’d never find anywhere other than INDIA!
