      We arrived in Pattaya in a minivan from Victory Monument in Bangkok. We jumped on a Baht bus that dropped us at our hotel. Hotel was ok but a bit shabby in places.       ... they had over 30 volunteers but now there is less than half - mainly because of the season, its SO hot here right now and coming up to 'summer' in England. People prefer to escape the winter at home and come for the Oct - April season.

      We have three meals a day (free) - mainly a Thai menu, but sometimes the chef treats us with chips and soup mmmm! There is always a salad and tons of fruit in case you don't like anything. Somedays the constant Thai food makes ...
