Travel Blogs from Milan
First major trip, train to Nuremberg and flight to Milan Italy. It was cold for Italy, snow on New Year's and a wonderful get away. Airberlin is amazing. You know you are not on a US carrier when they hand out free champagne on the flight leaving at 8"30 AM. Milan was buzzing with activity for the holiday.

There followed a surprisingly long period of walking along while my little brain thought out that if I had been walking in shorts through plants that managed to stick bits to my arms then maybe, just maybe, I might have some bits on my legs ...
... town and big screens projecting news about the shows. Charlene wowed the crowd with the Kohls Collection and I was rocking the "House of Levi's ". ... for Mum to fly with the cast but some airlines have a strict policy of not allowing people to fly with a cast. We don't know if Emirates is one of those airlines. If this is the case the cast will need to be cut so it is openable but it should stay on the arm. It would be sealed back up at the other end.
The x-ray pictures need to be kept by us and were not yet ready so I volunteered to come back later in the day.
