Anyways, that is something new for me and definitely different, but that misunderstanding didn't at all change the way I feel about the wonderful group and wonderful congregation. I am so happy to have made some connections and friends should I decide to return and serve in Jamaica.

Moxon's Beach club
... I was invited to take a free kayak tour of the one mile reef with a guide. We paddled out to the reef where I was taught by a local how to spear fish, and while I didn't catch anything, I fired a spear gun a few times haha I felt like a harpooning whaler!
We returned to the club and swam for a few hours until they brought out another free activity: Snorkels ...
Dunn's River Falls
... will take you up in a line where each person supports their neighbour in a long (hand held) chain. A word to the wise, while most expenses in Jamaica are tourist traps, shelling out money to rent water shoes is absolutely nessisary. The rocks are slimy and slippery and at times you are waist deep in pools of water while climbing. just make sure that you pay in Jamaican money (JBM) or expect to be taken advantage of.

Spanish Town Part 2
I must of haven fallen asleep at some point as I was woken up about 0530 by the Cockerels out side doing their wake up call. I now also look like a mosquito five course banquet. I think the kids have about 3 bites between them!
During the night it was really eerie in the pitch black of the country side laying there and hearing the many things flying and buzzing past your ears, lightly flicking your face as they decide which part of you they were going to eat first. I lost count ...
Spanish Town Part 1
My body clock was on time as always, I was awake at the usual 0530 - 0545. We were due to meet my cousin Junior in the hotel lobby at 0700 so we could travel with him to my Aunts house. This meant getting up, showering and out without any breakfast. In this climate its always best to travel as early as possible out of the days sunshine hours.
