We tried breakfast in their 3rd floor restaurant because the elevator advertisement was so nice. Unfortunately, the menus were only in Chinese, with no photos, except in the elevator. Hence, McDonalds. T

... says the gift for 20 years is china, so he’s given me the country groan! Then Sunday we’ll take the train from HK to Schecko for 2 days of PD training with all the QSI teachers in China. Not sure if I’ll be able to post a blog or not. Remembrance Day isn’t observed here, but we’ll be doing our own remembering, especially with the recent killings in Canada. trick or treat. It was a great time, and the kids really took up to the whole
spirit of Halloween.

Other notes, a lot of the kids also dressed up as Spiderman,
so it was a nice connection to see and take to take pictures with. Another good
part, we got to go home early because the parade ...

... people, gave blessings to the city and left. The rams turned into stone and the city became a rich and populous place. Guangzhou got the name of the City of Rams and the City of Ears.

Zhenhai Tower, better known among the locals as the Five-Story Tower, is one of the landmarks of the city. An interesting historical record has it that Zhu Liangzu, Yongjia Marquis of the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), saw yellow and purple air rising over Yuexiu Mountain and ...
