... R's optimistic demeanor he said “Meh, the sun will burn those off by noon.”. I was pretty excited to get to the top of Mt. Pilatus and had done some research about the zip lining they offered. I was pretty pumped.
The zip lining thing didn't work out. We couldn't see ten feet in front of us. I don't think the experience would have been worth the Swiss Francs at this point. We instead enjoyed lunch in a lovely restaurant.

... to the car, we spotted a chocolate shop. You can't go to Switzerland without sampling the chocolate! So, we went in, made our selections, and left with a couple of baggies of treats.
As we drove back through the back roads, the skies opened up again and we got another dumping of rain. By the time we got home, we were all exhausted. Beate and Attila toasted off the evening with a night-cap.
