Well here we are back in beautiful Switzerland, this time in Geneva. They still have their own funny coloured money, they still have strange powerpoints, it is still very expensive but this time they are all French. Now that I have got the hang of Italian I have now got to change my Si's back into Oui's and my Grazia's back into Merci's.

Our home for a couple of days is our first AirBNB rental which is great, although just a ...

The heating continues and the mixture is stirred until

... interactive museum experience was perfect!

One floor brings back the excitement of the games through ear phones, and you can hear the crowds cheering while athletes achieve Olympic feats and fame.

Personal garb from various athletes have been put on display on another floor, giving you a sense of who they were, or at least their physical stature.

Yet another floor takes you through the history of the Olympics and the key people ...

... This castle sat majestically on the water. When we arrived for our one night in Lausanne, we were quite surprised at the strong wind coming from the land out onto the water. There was no escaping the wind's cutting cold. Walking in a park, we saw this beautiful tree light up briefly in the setting sunset.
