Set the alarm for 6am this morning as we wanted to get on the road early before the sun came out. We went briefly into Walmart to get some things for the journey and then were on the road at 6.30am. We stopped a few times along the way and got to the Niagara Falls just after 1 o'clock. It was really busy and we had to line up for ages just to get into the town and find a park, the park we found was $10 for a day. We walked down to Prospect Point to check out ...

... and it was great to put faces to the names that Carolynn constantly prattles on about daily in Perth..

I have even woken at 03:00 and seen a dull glow from the other side of the bed only to find she is on the Wet Canvas forum posting and reading entries from her friends...

... exactly what we were looking for. And then I read about Mendoza....Argentina's answer to the Napa Valley - wine, wine, and more wine! And beautiful mountain views. And fabulous hotels. And amazing food. And we were sold!! We are spending our last 5 days lounging by the pool, touring wineries, and dining on deliciousness!

Then, we will fly through Santiago and make our way back to Canada.....

I can't believe we leave in less than a week!!

... ring who you are visiting for them to let you in (just like the movies). Marg is deaf and didn't hear us ringing her but we were lucky someone was going in anf let us in. Up the lift to the 6th floor and once again Marg didn't hear us knock and naughty Marg had the door unlocked so we just walked in plus Richard heard her call out "come in".

It was great to finally see Marg but also a shock as she is so frail ...
