Can't believe we're camping on the shores of Lake Champlain!!! We've had incredible experiences in this area of New York. This state continues to keep us on our toes!! We had an amazing hike through the Ausable Chasm where the river was rushing through a canyon of steep walls with incredible force (especially after several big storms the days before our visit.

We signed up for a lodge breakfast for Sunday morning. It was at 7:15 and was buffet style. I told the Loj host that we were vegetarian thinking maybe they could have some sort of food that Kelsey would enjoy. It consisted of hash browns, eggs, fruit, sausage, vegan sausage, OJ and coffee. ... as we found our motel. Ahhhh, I'm not sure if Google is helpful or not. We did finally get to the Comfort Inn. To our surprise they up-graded us to a "king suite". Wow, we're not used to this sort of accommodations. We have a kitchen, bedroom, and living room. We are really enjoying the space.
