    Today we cycled into Blacksburg via Radford VA. Route 654 , the old Baltimore road was serene and a wonderful early morning view of this part of Virginia. We rode into Newbern and were engaged with the early history of this tiny mountaintop village...the homes dated to the early 19th century.     ... back, but turns out she didn't hurt it as bad as she thought - so she is hiking again! I have been on a kick of eating wraps.....everything taste great in a wrap! I have been hooked on rice/mashed potatoes and pepperoni wraps the last few days.....like little rolls of hiker crack!     Trek Pouch Review After using these for a few weeks, I am pretty impressed. They have held up great, even after being abused, thrown on the ground, dragged over rocks, pulled through thorns, and being soaked with rain.     Nite-ize headlamp review I recieved this headlamp a few weeks ago. I replaced my Petzl with this headlamp, have not looked back since. The light output is great, this unit lights the path far beyound the true need of any night hiker.
