... the cocktail party. More later. Nice time catching up with the DeHayes neighbours, Mojitos and lots of great nibbles prepared by Lou followed by really good lounge room chat with Sharon. Lou crashed having been driver, guide and caterer all day. Will be sorry to leave these guys, including of course Stitch and Tasha. Bed & tv to end the ...

Augusta itself is an OK town, but not as nice as some of the really pretty towns like Concord. The problem is that the 11 km walk was pretty poor. The directions were poorly written, there are very few street signs, and we had to walk right next to heavy traffic for a large part of the walk. ...

... is very pretty with a beautiful waterfall coming right out of the bottom of stores and into the bay to the delight of a bunch of birds (ducks, geese, herons, kingfishers, etc etc.). There are thousands of people in the harbor for the Festival and it is a very happening place. We try out Seafood Chowder in a contest and it is mostly very good! Watch a demonstration and information talk on Lobster ...
