    ... clock to you and me. This has been cleaned since our last visit and look very beautiful. All of the shops are closed since it is Sunday. Too bad because Rouen has some lovely shops. Our guide says that Mr Hollande is trying to get the businesses to stay open on Sunday but the French are not in favor of that because as our guide put it “It is not our custom”.     This morning Dayna had to present herself to the local police station to clear up a minor malfeasance. For breakfast, we had eaten bread and water to get her assimilated to her situation, should her hearing go south. We showed up at her summons time (somewhere between 9-5).
