... Palace was huge and with the audio guide we learned all the history of the 100 years of having popes in Avignon. Apparently the city was sold to Rome because the queen needed the money. Rooms were huge, a few were painted authentically and there was an art show in one of the large rooms. We then had a creamy cappuccino (!!!) and by now Avignon was much busier. We had a quick look at Les Halles market and the bric a bac in the square. ...

There are flower boxes all over and beautiful flowers, trees and shrubs all over We have dined out twice (Le Moulin de Lourmarin and La Récré) other than that we have meals at the apartment, breakfast, lunch (while we have not been traveling ) ...

We stayed in a mansion- well almost a mansion, but I reckon it's the biggest place we've been in on this trip and the resort had so much fun stuff to do. They had archery, quad biking, paint ball, wave pool, playgrounds and a tonne of other stuff! We did an archery lesson and had a really good instructor. Dad, mum, Lyla and I absolutely loved every single bit of it. Nearly every morning at 10'O clock we would head down to the cuddly animal farm they had there. ...
