Oops! No Walmart!
... the lorries and thankfully were told ok. So we parked up behind a big lorry and settled in for the night, watched a Desperate Housewives and then got off to bed.
2nd Sept.
Awoke at 7am, got up at 7.15am, packed up the bed and headed off down Hwy 132 to find a nice picnic spot for breakfast. A little way down and we found just the spot. At 8.30am, we had finished breakfast and was on the road again.

Beacons of Hope
... that is the light-room. As it turns out... it is hot up there... and the tour was "En Francais" but the guide was told 2 ppl on the tour spoken english so she filled in the important bits for us after.
All and all a great day. we ended up in a municipal campsite in a small town (village) just east of Ste. Anne Des Monts, but it was too small for Travelpod to find. Checking in was good though the lady didn't speak english we could limp our way through it!

Reford Gardens - Amazing!
... a section called Festival where 21 gardens were designed by groups from Europe, Canada & the US. The theme is Paradise and there are many interesting gardens featured. "Every Garden Needs a Shed and a Lawn" is one where, for example, one shed shows tomato plants outside and inside the shed are canned tomatoes. Windmill Farm at Cap-Chat
Windmill Park at Cap Chat. The windmill with the vertical axis is the largest in the world. Scientist come from all over the world to study this windmill. However it is not operational. It was running but now it is not running because they think there is a problem with the bearings and they could not get funding from the government and now the power company owns it now. The power company are not going to get the windmill fixed at this time.
