... it is constantly rotating, so that your view of the city is constantly changing. It takes fifty minutes or so to completely rotate, and the added challenge of finding your table when returning from the restroom adds a bit of variety to a lunchtime stop. We bookended our day with visits to the Capitol Hill district where we had locally roasted coffee in the morning and locally brewed beer in the evening.
