... several restaurants throughout Portugal. Though it is widely offered on the menu, we were the only people we saw, actually ordering sushi. The rest of the people in the restaurant had Japanese fondu, Kobe steak, and tempura. Coming from California, we are used to having both fresh fish and creative sushi. After our 2 day sail we pull into Portamao and decide to drop anchor rather than go into the marina as it was a lovely big bay by the beach and a lovely afternoon. Just what we needed after 2 long days at sea. The sunset was beautiful and a cosy night in board before getting up at 3 to head onto Sines on the west coast of ...

Havianas and cheaper than in NZ so grabbed a pair.... Don't suppose I will have much call for them for few months. Bill enjoyed a very extensive port shop ... Very big for size of town... Two floors. Beach not so calm today... Wind from Spain apparently.... Said with derision and blame !!!! Like it's their fault!!!! Still blue ...
