          ... a Pistachio farm founded in 1974 as well as a winery of red, white and rose wines. We tried the reds, they still use corks. The first was a 5 blended red wine which was very light and full bodied and slightly sweet, the second was a Cabernet Sauvignon, which was our favourite, we bought a bottle for around $13.00. The Syrah was very dry not unlike a BBQ table wine back home and their Cab Sav Reserve was clearly barrelled in oak. We bought some pistachio ...

          Our month on the beach in Mexico has come to an end but it was filled with fun and excitement and new friends were made. We have made our way east down I-10 and are currently in Houston, Texas.
