        ... by 2 shots, but struggled in the back 9 holes to lose by a few. The weather in Fort Worth is really warm, into the late 20s and lots of sunshine. The sun and heat took a little out of us during the walks and mini golf so we finished the day outings by gong to a few stores.         ... a major tourist attraction. At the back edge of the old stockyards was a railroad roundhouse area. If we had gotten to the area a little earlier we could have seen a cattle drive with long horns but due to the accident we were too late. From there we went to see a couple of mansions of cattle barons. Beautiful old homes that were probably out in the country when they were built – now they are right by the downtown skyscrapers.

        We got back to the camper to find that during our trip the freezer door had come open and we had multiple items thawed out on the floor. The worst of it was half of a half-gallon of ice cream melted on the carpet and down into the heat register. Got it cleaned up and then finished hooking up the water, TV, and rear jacks.

        ... tower to get a better view of Dallas. The view was spectacular and breath taking. The tower is definitely the highlight of the day. Night finally came and the downtown light up with the ball on the renaissance doing a light show and multiple building dressed in different colours.
