      ... China. Then I realized I shouldn't be discouraged because maybe I was just weaker. I was right...the "much heavier" bag was actually 3 pounds under weight. That was a sign.

      I went to the gym Monday to assess the damage. Warming up on the treadmill resulted in a neck cramp...not off to a good start. Also gravity seemed to have gotten stronger here in the States while I've been gone...or the metal in the dumbbells ...
