... another hour through some beautiful countryside dotted with farms, only to be greeted by a traffic jam 7 kilometers (4 miles) from our destination of Grand Bend. After a 45 minute slow crawl, we were greeted by Colleen's cousin, Karen, and spent the evening catching up with she and her husband, Rob. We sat out in their lovely, private backyard and enjoyed a drink before ordering up dinner from a local eatery. It's good to land in one place for a few days.

The mozzarella was really tasty and a great texture - so different to anything I've tried at home where I think of mozzarella as flavourless and stringy.
