    ... at the gate. This facility was very popular with travellers and each night the forty odd parks were close to full. Before arriving in a city I try to research what we would like to see and often I use the hop on hop off brochures as a guide. Okay we don't get the running commentary but we always see the sights.     ... chambers serve as resonance chambers, with which it amplifies the sound. The cicada also modulates the song by positioning its abdomen toward or away from the substrate. Partly by the pattern in which it combines the clicks, each species produces its own distinctive mating songs and acoustic signals, ensuring that the song attracts only appropriate mates.

    Essentially it beats a drum on its chest saying to mates, 'Hey, check me out!'

    ... at 3 different gas stations to fill up the truck.

  • A slanted exit from the gas station slightly bent the "RV spare tire holder-thingy."
  • It took 5 hours to make the 3 & 1/2 hour drive.
  • My sanity might have been a little shaken from the experience, but I did it!

    I spent an amazing 2 weeks at the Corp of Engineers Campgrounds, and had a wonderful time visiting with family & friends.

    • Baylor University is such a wonderful school
    • The college was founded in 1841
    • The campus is absolutely beautiful
    • Their mascot is the bears and their school colors remind me of the University of Oregon's

    ... and watching videos for the whole flight. It was our easiest flight by far. We realized it was our first flight in 10 years we didn't have to gate-check a stroller. Katie was happy we didn't have to stand on the gateway and wait for a stroller delivery after the flight.
