It's getting close to the next leg of our travels, when we pick up a car tomorrow and drive inland towards Palm Springs, where we will stay three nights. It's been great charging the batteries after our long flights and inevitable jet-lag - San Diego was a nice place to do just that. We had enjoyed frolicking through Cambodia and Myramar so much - we just could not cope with it coming to an end. The plan for this winter was Central America. ...

After a non-stop, on-the-go couple of weeks, it was really awesome to get to our friends Neil and Ariel in Vista, San Diego. It was also great watching the temperature drop from like 108 degrees in the desert, to around 75 the closer we got to California. We had a lovely fish 'n chips dinner at the harbor in Oceanside the night we arrived. Fat and happy we began the process of vegging for the next couple of days. Trust me it was needed! After a flop around couple of days at what we ...
