Yesterday we decided to drive in another circle. We headed out to get on US 82 West toward Clarksville, TX. On the way we passed through Leary, Hooks, New Boston (not to be confused with Boston and Old Boston, yep three Bostons!), Malta, DeKalb, and Avery. Drove to Mt. Pleasant, TX for a quick KOA stay. Not the fanciest RV park, but it had a huge fenced dog yard.

Very nearly dropped the fifth wheel onto the truck bed. I guess I still need to use a checklist to make sure I do everything in the right order. I didn’t block the tires and the landing gear wasn’t all the way down before I opened the hitch. So I watched in horror as ...

... its illegal to walk your cow down the street after 1pm on a Sunday, no flirting in public and heaps of funny rules like that. Then we had our lunch stop and I had a burger from whataburger, it was ok,bit I didn't think it compared to 5 guys. We're on our way to Dallas, we had a stop over on the side of the road where we met Jacks mum, she came and gave us cookies and cake she made from scratch, it was so sweet, made me really home ...
