... waiter then came back and asked if he'd been right and if we'd discovered any nuts in the bread. At this point I thought Vaughan was going to hit the guy so I quickly asked for the bill and we headed out.

The breakfast was quite gross so by the time we arrived at the Texas State Fair we immediately ordered the first food we could find, in this case being Fletchers Corny dogs. These are surprisingly good and we had noticed a rating scale where all else deep fried ...

How do you top a day like yesterday? A day that featured our first full day in one place, an awesome football game, and Dallas?! How about more Cowboys fun?!? Waking up this morning, I was sad that we had to checkout of our room in Dallas. I am really enjoying this city, and thankful that young-Nick chose the Cowboys as a favorite! Between the awesome steaks, BBQ, and sports teams, it has been an awesome visit. Topping off our days in Dallas, Zach and I headed back to ...

... Bar-B-Qs (that's how they spell it), diners and gun shops. We pasted rodeo arenas and giant billboards showing of their towns state champion football wins. Texas seems to be the state most proud of its high school and college football teams. Every second vehicle is a pickup truck and all the males are wearing cowboy boots with spurs.

The hospitality is no different in Texas, they are just as friendly and kind as everywhere else we've been.
