I think, considering the downturn BSprings seems to be experiencing they could have kept this gem open and staffed with volunteers made it a real drawcard for the town.     ... come across one that warns not to travel if you are over a certain height (we aren't) and a certain width (we are) but it is unclear as to where this applies and where you can go if you are indeed too wide..     ... pier 39 I walked down the boardwalk to see the rest of fisherman's wharf. There were street artists painting, Michael Jackson lookalikes and people just standing still painted in gold.
