    ... card when he had really knicked it! Such a horrible thing to happen but I must say K handled it all really well, she was very calm, collected and pragmatic about the whole thing where I would have been in tears. The git managed to use her card a few times before she got it cancelled but she is going to get the money back when she gets back to the UK so it's not too bad.
