... guess that's something! I got a coke and Nate had "wodka" and we were barely able to keep our eyes open. We've been up since around 6 after 4-5 hours of sleep and this was 9:30 with no naps! :) Finally 10:45 rolled around and we decided to head out. Our train left at 11:55 but nothing online said what time you could get on. So we took the subway to the train station and had a hard time figuring out what station we were supposed to be in. There are 2-3 of them all ...

Sooooo we made it.

after all of the concerns, worry and fear. turns out you "just walk in" to Russia. simples. after 26hrs travelling we arrived in Moscow, we breezed through the airport and met our transfer. Which we were very glad to have had as the traffic into the city would have meant a killer taxi bill! Local time 10am, we rock up to our hotel and get informed ...

We took the metro ‘green line’ to Teatralnaya. This metro is joined to 2 other metro stations by a series of connecting tunnels. Roisin was not interested in seeing the second most ornate metro station in Moscow. She just wanted to get out.

‘Oh no!’ She said confronting yet another mega escalator. ‘I’m going to be doomed to walk the metro for all eternity’.
