Day 282 2 hrs, 5 kms Dalais is another peaceful little village, built partly in the valley floor, and partly up the grassy slopes. I get off the trail for a bit to make it easier to walk from town to town. I find, a bit to my amusement, that drivers seem utterly baffled when seeing a pedestrian by the road. ... on up the trail, zigzagging back and forth, back and forth, until I finally reach a rocky area of semi-waterfalls, with the beautiful waterfall not too far above.
Close enough. Time for a videoclip. I pause to soak in the view, then head on back down the moutain. By the time I reach the town of Auberbraz again, I've lost several hours and climbed nearly a thousand meters just to see a waterfall close up.
