My sister was kind enough to buy me a ticket home for Christmas! Thanks Shannon! I wouldn't have been able to come home otherwise. It was a quick, spur of the moment trip so I'm sorry that I didn't get to see everyone that I wanted to (or even let most of you know that I was going to make it). I flew into a snow storm and out of a snow storm so travelling to see friends was very difficult. I couldn't even get to a grocery store to buy supplies before I left so I went shopping in my sister's pantry. Thanks Shannon! We had asked for a 4:30 AM taxi to the airport for our 7:30 AM flight. We got everything loaded into the taxi and it wouldn't start so they called another taxi. We ended our trip the same way it started, running red lights on the road to the airport.
