What a day!! we did a 2.2 mile hike up to the highest peak in Acadia National Park, Cadillac Mountiain. It seemed longer than the 2.2 and every time you thought you were at the top you had to keep going. The last 1/2 mile was pretty steep but doable. We eat our peanut butter and jelly sandwiches at the top and had to decide which way to get down to our truck.
