    We took off for Morgan city to visit mr Charlie today, a training facility for oil rig workers. We had a very nice tour guide who shared his opinions about the oil industry.. Very interesting to learn how the semi-submerged oil rigs are setup so they don't move. And all the additional safety precautions that were put into place after the bad oil accident 5 years ago.     I was really excited for Cajun country. I was sure I was going to get to speak French. And I LOVE speaking French and to think I could possible speak French in America of all places. Amazing. So we rolled into Houma and asked for a recommendation on breakfast. We were told the Bayou Cane Café had excellent beignets and coffee. Well what more could you ask for in life.
