... to add photos to the blog so I passed on it. I hear that they went but didn't go in. Too expensive. Today they have a snorkeling adventure planned around 11 and they're disappointed I'm leaving before then to return home. Sounds fun but I'm not missing that plane. I bid farewell to all those that are at breakfast. It's too bad not everyone is there but I thanked them for the hospitality and for taking care of me while in Mexico. ... We visit the miniscule market and main plaza, as well as walk all along the Malecón. Most surprising to us is the lake level. From the Malecón to the water must be a hundred yards. We were told that the lake levels have dropped considerably leaving the lakeside promenade high and dry. It is a strange sight, and not all that appealing.

Stay tuned!!

(And just like any umbrella I've ever owned, I already lost the hat. Left in on the bus on the way back to Guadalajara. haha) I slogged it out uphill for about ...

... whisked away by El Bombero at 1930.

Meandering ride to the hotel. Had a shower and downloaded the pix before Peter and I ate at El Ruedo Restaurante in the hotel. I had the Pechuga Morales, "Chicken breast 'Morales' style (chicken breast stuffed with cuitacoche mushroom, squash blossoms and sweet corn, covered with cheese and chipotle sauce)" and a Pacifico beer. Dinner was at 2030. Very tired thereafter and did little before bagging out the early side of 2200.
