I've volunteered to help at the London Comedy Film Festival in January. I am very excited about this opportunity, more excited then I've been in a while. And I'm going to keep my eyes open for a few more of these opportunities! Who knows what I might get to be a part of in 2015. One can only jump forward and take a leap of faith :)

We decided to go to Mondsee next which is another lake town. It was very pretty as it was surrounded by mountains on all sides. There was one restaurant open there which was right on the lake front and had a lovely view. We had some lunch there and watched the tour busses come through. I'm glad we got a car and can explore in our own time is all I'm going to say about that haha!

We are currently in Freilassing, which is in Bavaria Germany and is less than 10kms from Salzburg.

... a day trip to Hallstatt to look around. This is the quintessential little Austrian town nestled at the base on the mountains on the most beautiful lake I have ever seen. There were a lot of tourists there, but it didn't take away from the beauty of the town. Hate to keep harping on this but the flowers are like they are on steroids- all the window boxes are overflowing with geraniums and petunia blossoms.
