... we headed to the chip shop and bought our delayed lunch. We sat on a bench enjoying the sun, sea and chips. There was also a cyclist doing trick jumps on and off the sea wall to keep us entertained.
After this we went into the sea for a paddle before walking into town for a drink ahead of the journey home. The sun has stayed with us all day and now we are ready for our evening meal. It has been a fantastic day and fortunately it has been Saltburn not sun ...

The day began like all the previous days; with sun streaming into the bedroom. We have been fortunate with the weather as it has been bright sunshine at times and when it has rained we have missed most of the downpours. He is off today to get clothes for a wedding coming up. The old man who sweeps leaves up had joined us and fell off his chair after a toast, by which time we were drinking freebees from the bar. ... in the room, and my dad and I headed down to the pool. It was so nice to swim around. I was loving every minute of it!
After a few hours of swimming around and sitting in the hot tub, we called it a night, and we all got some sleep.
The next day we took a train to York, and spent the whole day there. I loved York! The buildings were so beautiful, and the town was very busy.
There was this massive Abbey located in the town's center, and ...
