    ... the skiing was amazing !!! When we stopped for lunch (lasagna) I left Donna in charge of my skis to find a seat when I turned around I saw one of my skis whizzing down the piste followed by the other one. It came to rest next to a mountain hut and it took me 10 minutes floundering in waist deep snow digging it out !! All the while Donna just laughing her head off ...

    Why is it that when you need to get up to go somewhere and you set the alarm you always wake up just before the alarm goes off I had set the following for 4am - mobile phone alarm - television alarm - wake up call !! At 3:43 I woke up so just as I got into the shower world war three broke out and every alarm known to man went off - good morning Donna !!! Lol !! 1/2 hour later and we were at ...

    ... br> Emotions running high, much higher than being 35,000 feet in the air above the UK on an Ethihad Airways airbus. But the reams of entertainment at my fingertips made the eight hour flight to Abu Dabi more than bearable. Further entertainment performed by the Australian woman sleeping next to me in a not-so-elegant, catching flies sort of way.

    ... a transparent floor on the outer part of one platform, so people were having great fun lying on it and taking photos of themselves suspended high above the ground. I didn't dare set foot on it!
    We were taken out to eat, by some of the group Ron had worked with that day, and out of the 100s of restaurants, they chose the very one we'd eaten at the previous night. Good choice, and our chopstick skills are improving. Quite hard eating peanuts ...

Diana and Dodi walked down Picadilly street to meet Brett and Crabby @ St James Place, had a look around Piccadilly Circus markets and down Regent and Oxfords Streets that were really buzzing! Had a few stops at a couple of old pubs on the way back to our motel.
