... that we've never seen before. They taste like what Smirnoff Ice would taste like if it wasn't so oppressingly sugary and actually was alcoholic. So indeed, we returned home, and snorkeled for an hour. We finally saw some sea urchins - we'd been looking for days - so that was a success.

Our last full day in French Polynesia was our most physically strenuous, and we're both pretty tired, but satisfied. We couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon! ...

... assorted grilled meat, rice, breadfruit fries and pineapple salad. For dessert, there was banana and tapioca, tropical fruit, pineapple cake, fried breadfruit/pineapple, and coffee. Lots of yummy stuff. During dessert, there were demonstrations on how to tie a pareu or Tahitian sarong. There seemed to infinite attractive possibilities for the women and only a few rather silly looking variations for the the men.

... with the cast of Finding Nemo involved nothing more than stepping off the veranda onto the white beach, laying down in the warm water and swimming out for about 5m. The coral was not the most spectacular, but went out for another 50m in only around 1m or so deep water before dropping off to a slightly more scary looking 18m trench. Actually there were more type of fish than in Finding Nemo…

... are frequent little stands set up by locals selling bananas (smaller and tastier than we know them), rambutans (like lychees but with a furry exterior), mangos, fresh coconut (yum), pineapples, longans (again similar to lychees),etc...

Tomorrow we finally get to Bora Bora - THE island of my dreams since the start of time! Better recharge the camera battery ;-) Hopefully 5 days in the ultimate paradise. I'll let you know if it meets expectations at the end of ...
