Foster was happy to see me this morning around 7:30 but we lazed a bit and got up at 8:00 after playing in the bottom bunk. Nonno showed him how to do pull ups from the bottom of the top bunk. Strong arms little man!
The toy box was emptied, the cars and their garages were stacked, knocked down, restacked and a game of "up and down" in the kitchen began the morning. Breakfast was toast with peanut butter, grapes and cheese. ...

... figured out a new mode of sleeping which involved being half up on the window sill to keep from rocking too much. I did not figure out a new mode of sleeping and thus, when the train was too 'tilty', I nearly fell out of the berth numerous times, waking with a start each time, and in my sleepy haze thinking we were going way too fast with recurring scenes of that derailment in Burlington last year.
