    ... in'. On the way home we stopped off in a shopping mall for a look around and ended up in American Eagle of all places. It's not somewhere that you'd associate with these two fashionistas but there was a promotion on so we went in. This sales promotion was like no other. You got 20% off anything in the store if you tried on a pair of shorts. I cannot see any logic behind it whatsoever. I was buying a tshirt so had to go to the changing room and try on a pair ...

    ... Once we where slightly dried off we jumped back on the bus and headed to a buffet lunch at some random place that looked like a cafeteria, was cool as they had some Mexican dancers while we ate our food and played music very entertaining. From there we where hurded back onto our bus and headed from Chichen Itza. Once we arrived we broke into groups depending on what language we spoke and then was guided around the ruins for the next hour and half. ...

    ... saying.... Ohhh your eyes are turquoise! I never noticed before.. very nice! I was not sure if he was hitting on me or trying to make up for his previous rudeness. Either way it was very strange.

    We rode along for about 40 minutes and finally arrived at our hotel. I noticed on the drive that they have signs about every 100 meters on the roads. Signs for different parks, cenotes, hotels and more. I've never seen so many signs before.

    ... rays, sea turtles ad much more. The beach indeed was beautiful but the crew turned out to be cowboys and we saw nothing on our snorkeling tour, not even many fish! When I told our guide I did not want to go back to shore until we saw what we paid for he just laughed it off so after a lot of complaining we got our money back for that portion of our excursion but we still felt our afternoon had been a waste of time.

    ... our cocktail we decided to take a stroll around town. I was in love.....Playa had that real relaxed Bo-ho vibe mixed with high end shops and fantastic little designer boutiques. It was the perfect mix of everything!! Soon enough our place was ready. The consceige escorted us up to our pad and showed us around our amazing two bedroom penthouse paradise.
