We went to a popular outdoor bar near the comedy festival. It was full of people and quite neat as we had skyscrapers lit up on our left and the big screen on the right. I had checked in online so the formalities of immigration and depositing my luggage took only about 15 minutes. This meant I had plenty of time to kill browsing the duty free shops. I was lucky that my Isle seat had a vacant seat next to it so I had plenty of room for the 11 hour ...

... some bags of spices and we've come to the right place. There are huge sacks full of every spice imaginable and after being greeted in German by at least two of shop owners we end up in a spice emporium and Jill starts ordering. The smell is amazing, a mixture of loads of spices hanging in the air. We end up with half a dozen bags of ground spices and seeds at a fraction of what we'd pay at home, this will keep Jill happy for some time.

Even to toilets were posh - there are no paper towels or hand dryers - every time you wash your hands you use a new flannel to dry them , there are chairs, perfume and body cream in the ladies ! As requested by a few people we've uploaded a few pics of the experience again it's hard to photograph anything in the distance as visibility isn't the best. We were right next to the Palm but with the sun and haze I couldn't get a decent ...
