Punta Cana, Dominican Republic irenan... tried to learn how to windsurf. We also went swimming with sea lions, a highlight for me. It was a great trip, although the last day and the few days after were unfortunately ruined by both of us getting pretty sick...Montezuma's Revenge claimed its latest victims!<br>
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic melanieandjames... development in our trip, we've decided to spend the next two months respectively in Toronto and New York, working to raise more travel funds before resuming the remainder of our Asian travels. But for now, we are here in Punta Cana and enjoying the overwhelming amount of food and amenities the resort has to offer. Once back in Toronto I'll have more on the last portion of our trip. (they did not know we knew each other) Now, this wasn't an issue because we were friends - but if I was a solo traveler being put into a room with a stranger it would have been a totally different matter. We didn't fight the issue, because honestly what was the point - but I'm still upset that that particular piece of important information was never communicated prior to our arrival or during booking. <br><br><br>
