Mini Vacation

A travel blog entry by sxybritish

After being away from my husband for three and a half months, we decided to take a four day weekend in Negro, Jamaica.

When you go to Bar-B-Barn you are not just a guest, you are part of a family; home away from home, singles, couples and family alike. Being a family run hotel that has been in operation for over twenty years, I know what it is to look for that personalized ...

I was born and raised in Jamaica but this was my first time to Negril! It was absolutely amazing. Negril is definitely for lovers. The first unavoidable thing was the 7 miles of pristine beaches that seemed to go on forever sporting its several shades of blue. The water was just breathtaking. the temperature you ask? A travel blog entry by jvrk

I woke up at 3:59, one minute before the alarm was to go off at 4am. I got up and took a shower, then woke Elly. Poor Elly only got about two hours of sleep, and almost tried to brush her teeth with eye cream. We got ready, finished packing and the car arrived at 5am.

The ride to the airport was easy. We checked in, dropped our bags, and somehow had the "fast pass" through security. On the other side of security, we grabbed ...
