    ... that sort of love?

Perfect, I hit all the moves, I smiled, and blue team's dance won first place! The teachers all remarked on my "excellent dancing" (I think they exaggerated for my sake haha!) and that certain teacher looked at me in my uniform and said in his very broken English, "Sensei, cute... nice dancing.... " And my girls literally cried from happiness in getting first place. They deserved it and I couldn't have asked for anything better.

Things have been chugging along here in Okinawa on all fronts. I have been making great progress with setting up my experiments (2 sedimentation/accumulation experiments and 1 accretion of secondary calcifying organisms, such as coralline algae, worms, mollusks, and more). The castle had a nice view, as it seems like one of the highest points in the city. This castle was different from the others I've seen. There's actually a lot of Chinese influence to it, because of the trade routes back then. The castle is a reconstruction with some ruins below. I had traditional Japanese tea and sweets ...

Today was a travel day. I checked out of the Airbnb and went to the grocery store. My brother called me to see how I was doing. On the hour long train ride from Osaka Station to Kansai Airport I called my other brother and some of my friends. I had a lot of down time, so it was a catch up day. I had lunch while I waited too. On the plane there was a toddler with a reptilian like screech. I can ...
