... br> In Saudi I have time in abundance so I have started a sour dough plant, a ginger beer plant and this week I made my first loaf. It was beautiful, soft, risen, slightly chewy, amazing I was so proud of myself that I cut it in half and delivered some to a friend around the block. That has been about it in terms of adventure's for ...

... I am in the back streets of a third world country, there is very limited infrastructure for a country that is growing so fast. There are feral kittens every-were, very cute slightly oriental looking tabbies with big ears and a little chocolate burmese looking one, they hang outside the shops making little meow's outside takeaways hoping for some scraps. The heat, noise and smells are an assault on the the sense and I am finding it *************cile the reality ...

Its very desert like

... but this was another level. One colour magnolia, the houses, the dirt everything is magnolia. There was no signs of even dried river beds and not much greenery. On the land it is a disorganised wait of at least four hours to get through the one open visitors line at immigration and customs……...
