If you're looking for something that's not a party on the beach then this is your place. Still only a minute's walk from the coast (and a nice quiet section at that). These resort is located in a wonderful garden area rich with frogs to sing you to sleep!

... here, unfortunately it started raining quite hard again so we turned back and had a swim in the rain instead. We have had a lovely evening sitting at the bar drinking cocktails and listening to the rain on the roof of the bar. We played a game of giant jenga which Lauren won. Dinner was great again, at the resort restaurant, we are really enjoying the Thai food. Hopefully this weather clears up a it for tomorrow's day on the ...

The luggage man offered to help dad with the back pack but he said no and headed straight to the front desk to check in. The man took us to our room and turned on the air conditioner before leaving to let us unpack. After we had both settled in, I heard dad call Lynare before we went outside to go buy some bathers and get ...

I just watched this flow with amazement. But the point was that I was outside of it. Observing. Lonely for sure, I mean I was the only one outside of this... but I had no impetus to join back in. LOVING, despite the lonely feeling, being outside of it. Of being disentangled from it all.

That was a long time ago. And it wasn't until last year, travelling down a lonely stretch ...

... made it to Ko Lanta after a 3 hour ferry trip, and arrived at non la mer hostel at Phrae-ae beach. It was pretty new and cheap, and I was in a mixed dorm there with the other two and we met a Perth and a Germany there as well. We spent a couple afternoons at the beach, where I completed rookie mistake number two and got sunburnt. "Long beach" was pretty, water was clear and a pretty turquoise Color. Lots of people snorkelling, sunning, and sipping on Changs. I tried out my ...

She was not driving a hard sell. We stood there and told her this was the trip we were looking forward to the most and this news came as a huge disappointment. She was very apologetic and said we could still go out if we were up for the adventure, but we would need to pay for the ...
