      Our first bus trip of the World Tour cost us a total of 4 for the privilege of bouncing up and down for 4 hours on the dusty and bumpy roads from Bagan to Monywa. Just when we thought the bus was full, some other villager jumped on and the cabin became increasingly cosy....and hot!

Every square inch that wasn't devoted to one of the sculptures previously mentioned, was covered with a little seated Buddha image.
