    I said my 4Th temporary good bye to Sam. He went off to Bangkok while I headed north west to the town of Monywa (a scrappy little trade town) on the recommendation of Alex the Frenchman. It took me a fair while to find a mini bus that would take me. Apparently only certain companies are licensed to take foreigners. The ride was short, only 4.5 hours and uneventful.     ... Beckham, short squat Churchill flats, Dolly Parton shaped flats. The mind boggles! but would be quite interesting. A couple of the zaniest temples so full of bling it was unbelievable, every spare bit of wall and columns covered in mosaic glass and the second had over a million Buddhas...they were everywhere.
