Mediterranean Cruise 6th July -Boarded the ship, Norwegian Spirit at 1200, did a tour with a guide to try & orientate ourselves. Our guide was Italian & quite comical. Our cabin is very nice with a good size window. Set sail at 7pm very smooth on a beautiful evening. Went to dinner in the bistro restaurant after having a welcome cocktail on the pool deck as we sailed out of Barcelona harbour. Heaps of choices in the restaurant which was very nice. ...

... passports. No questions, just stamping passports. Donna was all giddy because somebody actually wanted to stamp her passport somewhere. After that we were all herded off to a waiting bus for the drive into the city. First thing on the bus they gave us the pickpocket speech. I realized by the end of the tour that there is so many people there is nothing you could do if it happens, but off we went. Our first stop was at ...

... we went to dinner with our host and his little girl at a nearby plaza with a playground. Zara and Jasmine get on so well and just laugh the whole time they are together. So cute.
It was a good night with good company, conversation and food and drink.

The next day we set off to a place called Parc Guell.
It is such a beautiful and interesting place, Gaudi the famous artist designed this park for the rich ...
