... up in two lines, and then let priority load first, followed by the peasants lol. It is like a clearance sale on Black Friday. Such chaos. Fortunately, we were already seated. The colors on the plane's interior are BRIGHT yellow and royal blue. There were no seat pockets and food/drink menus were scattered all over the seats and floors.

We didn't mind the actual seats, amount of legroom or flight itself. Just weren't so crazy on the service aspect. No complimentary ...

... so we chose to see the Basilica and the Black Madonna from afar not close up. While waiting to go in to the church people would stand in a circle in the courtyard with hands up stretched and pray. Thomasine Tourist here copied what they were doing. The church was lovely inside and we could see the ...

It smoothly zoomed along, with a screen showing where we were going, what the next stop was, what the temperature was, our speed (which was mostly 297 km/hr!), and the time. People came up the aisle selling refreshments, the seats reclined, and the toilet not only worked and was clean - it flushed blue!! So we arrived in Barcelona at about 3.30, got the metro without problem (Amr is THE best metro ticket ...

We walked to the port and rented some bikes to visit the Arc de Triomf and Parc de la Ciutodella. The city is very hot and humid today. We could only walk around for a couple of hours before we had to seek shelter from the heat at our hotel. After drinking plenty of water and cooling off at our air conditioned room for awhile, we were ready to go again and rented some bikes. The city bikes were 3 speed Dutch style which Helen liked as it ...
