The Nou Camp. Not quite Royal

A travel blog entry by anlnewby on Jul 03, 2015

Today was all about football again! Not that Lisa could really complain, as she is a football girl at heart. We woke up and left after breakfast to try and sort out a tax refund for my sunglasses which ended up being a disaster. Didn't help we don't speak Spanish and she didn't speak English. We ended up cancelling it and will do it at the airport. After this we took the metro to the Nou Camp. There wasn't any real line to have to wait in but ...

... around the city. We got on the first bus and for the next hour it (very) slowly took us down to the coast, where we were going to jump on the coastal route bus. I'm not sure what we saw on the bus (free wifi). At the first stop, we decided to have an early lunch as none of us had any breakfast this morning. It was right on the beach on a sunny day, with restaurants lining the boulevard overlooking a heap of sailing boats, and the Barcelona Casino just ...

... for the week and all of the BIWPCA staff who made this trip an amazing time.

I hope that all of you enjoyed the blog and for the younger girls you got to see what is in store for you possibly in the future. To everyone out there keep working hard! Parents we will see you at the airport baggage claim, please be on time because my mother in law is about to leave our kids on the front lawn if we don't get home soon! :)
