      ... expert came on board, and we went on a tour all around the massive vegetable production areas. It was good. Then headed to Monterey. We've got a really top room, which is huge with 2 double beds, a kitchen, lounge area, a big brick bench setup for the computer, and a lovely balcony which overlooks the front courtyard with a fountain. Really really nice! It also has a bath with a shower over it, and another separate shower, and I was happy to be able to do ...

      ... at our destination at approx 5pm. Went for an explore which took us down to Old Fishermans Wharf, an area of olde worlde tourist shops and seafood restaurants. After much deliberation and a quick consult with trip advisor we agreed on Old Fishermans Grotto! - Good choice! Ryan had a seafood dish "Cioppino" which came with some nut crackers......       ... the sea otters. There are 4 otters in the aquarium, and they all came as orphans from the wild. They are called Rosa, Gidget, ivy and Kit. They were very playful. They have the finest fur in the animal kingdom but they have to constantly clean it to keep themselves warm.       ... and the trees seemed to get lower and lower and as I took a turn in the road, we heard a crunch as we scrapped past some trees!!! Not good!! We found ourselves at the Mission church in Carmel which had a large car parking space in front. Seizing this opportunity to park we managed to find a spot and parked the motor home to inspect the damage.
