... No words or pictures could fully capture the essence of this city, you just have to be there to fully experience its beauty. I then explored the city, going to places that are not commonly visited by tourists, I did some shopping, had a beer and tapas at a small restaurant and then walked through the park. Unfortunately, the day was cut short due to time restrictions and I did not have the chance to do everything I wanted to do but I will definitely be back.

We decided today we would stay in the area and just go driving. We wanted to check out some wineries and take a cave tour. But we didn't get a chance to do either one. The cave tours were 5 hours long. The caves are amazing but not sure Shae would be able to hang that long. my guess is not. And we drove and drove and didn't find one winery. I think we got close one time. But anyway the ride was beautiful and there was a great restaurant in a white village ...

We got up and headed out to the tourist office in Montejaque. We didn't have a plan for the day but we thought we might head down south to Gibraltor. Mike spoke with the tourism guide and he said "don't waste your time. It's just a rock". He suggested we head inland a bit and hit up a town (one of the white hillside villages) called Grazalema and then head over to local lake in another hillside village called Zahara ...

... There is no reason for me to go to Burger King (which was have in Malaga) because I can just by a bocadillo for less than two Euros at half the cost of a sandwich at Burger King. What I will say is that I had 2 really good Falafals in Granada one was lovely the other made me sick, so if you do visit go to the one at the bottom of Elvira on the Plaza Nuevo and not the one a bit further up with a chubby smiley man behind the counter (I know why he was smiling, but for the life of me can't understand why he's chubby the way his food travels through you!).
