      ... we chose not to use public transport and just have 'down time'.
      And get to know the neighbours. And borrow their stuff (things like our guy ropes and tool boxes were in the car, which was in the garage, weren't they).
      And watch the birds. We had two birds, a plover and a curlew, that had laid their eggs on the ground next to the caravans. The curlew was right next to our van and the plover was a couple of vans away. No nest. Just the egg/s. ...

      ... the stuff to go see are lorikeet feeding kangaroo feeding Australian sheep shearing show and there is a high ropes course seaway safaris

      the food at the currumbin wildlife sanctuary is very expensive so i would recommend takeing your own food if your going to be there for the whole day

      i enjoyed the day buts its probably not the best just for teenagers i would recommend it to young families
