... over being told that we have to pay for parking, we have a great room in a good location on this sprawling site. Went for a proper explore of Santa Barbara today as yesterday mission turned into a wash out, and so glad we did it is an amazing little town/city so beautiful, went shopping for some new flip flops for em as hers broke this morning so thought it would be rude not to check out the other shops before trying out some more local seafood for lunch ...

We decided to take a 10 minute drive down to the coast to see the harbour. Had our first experience of sand with a stroll along the beach, then on to the pier. Witnessed some lovely sunset views and got some great souvenirs.
Headed back to the room for an early night as got to get up at the crack of dawn in the morning.
